The sun was setting over Pokecity while Felix, lost in thought, wondered the beach. It wasn't long before the first star appeared above the waters of the ocean. Looking up at the star a song came to his head from a radio broadcast he listened to a long time ago. Singing the song softly under his breath he found that he was walking down to the pier to sit on the edge as he always did. While hating water with a passion he found himself drawn to it for some reason. He never understood why because he never was close to anyone who was really in their element with water.
